Check-In:
Tamu diwajibkan menunjukkan identitas diri berfoto (KTP/Paspor) dan surat konfirmasi pemesanan pada saat check-in. Harap informasikan kepada pihak properti terlebih dahulu mengenai perkiraan waktu kedatangan Anda.
Check-Out:
Check-in mulai pukul 14.00 hingga 22.00
Check-out mulai pukul 08.00 hingga 12.00
Persyaratan Usia:
Tidak ada batasan usia untuk check-in.

Kebijakan Anak:
Maksimal 2 anak per vila. Anak-anak diperbolehkan menginap dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

Usia 0 – 5 tahun:
Gratis (termasuk sarapan, menggunakan tempat tidur yang tersedia). Baby cot tersedia berdasarkan permintaan (IDR 550.000 per anak, per malam).
Usia 6 – 11 tahun:
IDR 450.000 per anak, per malam (termasuk sarapan, menggunakan tempat tidur yang tersedia).
Usia 12 tahun ke atas:
IDR 650.000 per anak, per malam (termasuk sarapan dan tempat tidur tambahan).

Catatan:
Biaya baby cot dan tempat tidur tambahan tidak termasuk dalam total harga dan harus dibayarkan secara terpisah selama masa menginap.

Kebijakan Merokok:
Merokok tidak diperbolehkan di dalam kamar. Merokok hanya diizinkan di luar kamar.

Jam Tenang:
Tamu wajib menjaga ketenangan antara pukul 22.00 hingga 07.00.

Kebijakan Hewan Peliharaan:
Hewan peliharaan tidak diperbolehkan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada Manajemen Properti. Jika hewan peliharaan diizinkan, akan dikenakan deposit jaminan dan biaya tambahan untuk pembersihan.

Pembatalan & Perubahan Jadwal:
Pemesanan ini bersifat tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable). Perubahan jadwal hanya diperbolehkan dalam kondisi mendesak dengan menyertakan dokumen pendukung.

Pembayaran & Konfirmasi:
Reservasi dikonfirmasi setelah pembayaran sebesar 50% hingga 100% dari total biaya diterima. Seluruh harga sudah termasuk pajak dan biaya layanan.

Acara:
Acara atau kegiatan khusus tidak diperbolehkan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada Manajemen Properti. Jika disetujui, maka akan berlaku Kebijakan Acara (Event Policy).

Deposit:
Deposit sebesar 50% dari total biaya wajib dibayarkan pada saat pemesanan.

Check-Out Terlambat:
Check-out terlambat hingga pukul 18.00 akan dikenakan biaya sebesar 50% dari tarif menginap per malam (tergantung ketersediaan).
